Shipping and Collections
- COMPLIMENTARY delivery or pick up InStore in the Atelier.
- Please contact us if you are sending a messenger for collection
- COMPLIMENTARY shipping for purchases over USD1000.
- For purchases under USD1000, the shipping cost is USD100.
- We ship with Fedex Business or Malca Amit. Delivery times are subject to the Carrier, and we will liaise with you.
- Customs and import duties may apply in different countries and these costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Some items may need to be insured, we will discuss these costs with you.
- Please contact us if you are an overseas client and have any questions about your purchase or delivery, we are happy to help.
Ordering and Payment
SHOPPING ON THE WEBSITE:
- TAYMA Fine Jewellery website is powered by Shopify which provides secure payment through Shopify Pay.
- Please create a Customer Account to enable you to checkout.
- Once your order is received and payment is processed, we will send you a confirmation email.
SHOPPING BY EMAIL ENQUIRY:
- Please email us with your jewellery enquiry, and we can provide bank transfer details.
SHOPPING IN STORE:
- We accept credit card payment and cheque.
We reserve the right not to accept your order if:
- We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have requested
- We do not deliver to your area
- One or more of the items you ordered was priced incorrectly due to a typographical error or resulting from a fluctuation in the prices of precious metals or gems.
- If we do not accept your order we will notify you by email or by telephone and we will credit your account with any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.
- We shall not be obliged to offer any compensation for disappointment suffered.
- Most items are sent to you in the designer's packaging e.g. a lovely TAYMA Gem box with ribbon or a pink pouch.
Return / Refund Policy
- We do not accept refunds
- A discretionary exchange for another item of jewellery within 7 days from the date of collection of goods may be accepted
- Please call or email us with your contact and purchase details
- Please ensure that all products to be exchanged must be carefully repackaged with their original packing and be in perfect condition. You may choose to return the goods in person to our shop and do the exchange immediately or return by courier
Late and Lost Deliveries
- Please contact us if your delivery has been delayed. We will provide you with the tracking number to enable you to chase it up with the courier
- Any order discrepancies relating to missing/lost items must be reported to us by email within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
