Ordering and payment

A confirmation email to the email address that you provided in your order form will be sent to you once the payment (the total value and the delivery cost) is settled. However, this does not constitute our acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right not to accept your order if:

  • We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have requested; or
  • We do not deliver to your area.
  • One or more of the items you ordered was priced incorrectly due to a typographical error or resulting from a fluctuation in the prices of precious metals or gems.
  • If we do not accept your order we will notify you by email or by telephone and we will credit your account with any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.
  • We shall not be obliged to offer any compensation for disappointment suffered.

Shipping and collections

Standard delivery within Hong Kong HKD 800 or In Store pick up for FREE
Products will be dispatched in 48 hours after the order has been placed and accepted by us.
An expected delivery time will be advised when you receive the confirmation email. Tayma’s team will try their best to meet these estimates but cannot guarantee that such estimates must be met. Normally products will be received within 7 working days. Please allow delay when there is public holiday or special circumstances that may affect the delivery. You may be required to pay extra for delivery and occasionally it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations.
Alternatively, you may choose to collect the products ordered by you in Tayma Fine Jewellery’s show room (TAYMA Atelier 9D Ho Lee Commercial Building 38-44 D'Aguilar St, Lan Kwai Fong, Central, Hong Kong). Present the order confirmation email, the credit card (or a copy of the credit card) you used to place your order and a photo ID of the person named as collector when the order is collected.

Please contact us if you are an overseas client. We will try to arrange payment and delivery according to the country.


Most items are sent to you in the designers packaging e.g. a lovely Tayma Gem box with ribbon or a pink pouch.

Return/ Refund Policy

We will not accept refund; however an exchange of another product is welcome. You may call or email to notice us with your contact details & purchase details. We also accept cash balance. We do not accept exchange items until 7 days after the date of despatch.
Please be sure that all products to be returned must be carefully repackaged with their original packing and be in an unworn condition. You must ship the parcel back to us using SF service/DHL/Fedex. Or you may choose to return the goods in person to our shop and do the exchange immediately.

Late and Lost Deliveries

Please contact us if your delivery has been delayed. We will provide you with the tracking number to enable you to chase it up with Fedex/SF.
Any order discrepancies relating to missing/lost items must be reported to us by email within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
